We are looking for a highly motivated International Travel Consultant to join our team at Yuva Trip Pvt. Ltd. As an International Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in planning and booking their international travel experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the travel industry and provide excellent service to our valued customers.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience as an International Travel Consultant or a similar role
- Excellent command of English language, both written and verbal
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in international calling and handling international clients
- Knowledge of international tour packages, travel destinations, and attractions
- Ability to plan and organize travel itineraries according to customers' preferences and budgets
- Strategic planning skills to offer personalized travel experiences
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and online travel platforms
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings and transactions
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist customers in planning and booking their international travel experiences, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customers' travel needs, preferences, and budgets
- Recommend and customize travel packages based on customers' requirements and preferences
- Offer expert advice and information on travel destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and travel regulations
- Handle booking inquiries, resolve booking issues, and make necessary adjustments to travel itineraries
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, travel advisories, and changes in travel regulations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members, travel suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth travel experiences for customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Provide post-travel support, including assisting with feedback, complaints, and any necessary follow-up actions
