Job Overview

We are seeking a Java Full Stack Trainer to join our team at Youth4Jobs Foundation. As a Java Full Stack Trainer, you will be responsible for training and mentoring junior developers in Java full stack development. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of youth with disabilities and help them become self-sufficient through skilling and livelihood programs. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Java full stack development.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring, Hibernate, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience in building and deploying full stack applications.
• Excellent mentoring and communication skills.
• Passion for teaching and making a positive impact on the lives of youth with disabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in inclusive hiring and working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs on Java full stack development to junior developers.
• Provide hands-on assistance and guidance to trainees in building full stack applications using Java, Spring, Hibernate, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ensure trainees understand the fundamentals of full stack development and can apply them in real-world scenarios.
• Assess the progress of trainees and provide feedback to help them improve their skills.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Java full stack development and incorporate them into training programs.
• Collaborate with the training team to develop curriculum and training materials.
• Support the placement team in connecting trainees with job opportunities in Java full stack development.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall growth and development of the organization.
