JD for Employee Benefits (GMC/GPA/GTL) tester:

Experience on testing the online web-portal used for GMC enrolment and additional products.

In depth knowledge of GMC, GPA, GTL and Top up insurance products is mandatory.  

Experience on various SDLC Models, Test levels, Test Types and Test design Techniques.

Experience on all phases of software test process includes test planning, test design.

Test execution and test closure

Required Knowledge on generating test scenarios, write test cases and collect test data. Expertise in preparing Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Summary Reports, Test Cases for manual testing.

Experience in writing and executing test cases based on requirements documentation.

Required Knowledge on executing test batches and analysing test results.

Knowledge on Defect Reporting, Defect Tracking, and complete defect life cycle.

Work experience in Manual and automated testing areas

Experienced in using Agile Methodology including creating product / sprint catalogs, active participation in Scrum, Sprint planning and exit meetings.

Business Technical validation as part of post-production release.

UAT deployment, Production Go Live Process, and Production Support : Testing

Dry runs before multiple releases – UAT and Prod

Need experience in System Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Documentation.

Experienced in functional, Integration, database and regression testing.

Experience in extensive Manual Testing to ensure the quality of the application. (360 degree testing to be performed).

Mail and SMS / communication Trigger functionalities.

Validate quote premium value and all calculation on the portal.

Design and Validation Testing.

Regression and end to end testing of application prior to Production deployment and postproduction release.

Software Development Life Cycle - Smoke, functional, UAT, load, performance, volume, regression testing.

Business analysis, ambiguity analysis on Software Requirements Specifications SRS , test scenario design test case / use case design, peer review, test execution, build regression, bug detection, fix verification, interface testing, deployment to UAT, Quality Center completion sign-off.

Manage / host defect management meetings and test execution status meetings.

Identify, analyze and document defects, errors, and inconsistencies in the application.

Approve Production Go Live Process, and Production Support.

Need to perform Sanity testing, Calculation / Logic testing. Process flow and documents testing (triggered from the portal)

Knowledge of Cash Deposit and related functionalities.
