Job Description:

We are seeking a Social Media Manager with a strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our social media presence while driving results through strategic ad campaigns across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
• Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to provide actionable insights and optimize ROI.
• Create engaging and on-brand content (graphics, videos, and copy) in collaboration with the creative team.
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media and digital advertising.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and social media initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital channels.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a demonstrated track record of successful campaigns.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and similar platforms.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and strong content creation skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
