Job description: Assistant Manager - Commercials

Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager - Commercials. With 5-7 years of robust experience in the digital media industry, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end revenue lifecycle and ensuring financial compliance. Reporting directly to the senior management team, the Assistant Manager - Commercials will spearhead critical aspects of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes, including contracts, invoicing, collections, and financial reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire Quote-to-Cash process, including contracts, ROs, invoicing, and collections

- Ensure compliance with payment terms and financial regulations, including TDS and GST requirements

- Generate and maintain MIS reports to track financial performance and provide insights for decision-making

- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline commercial processes and optimize revenue generation

- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data

- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting commercial operations

- Provide support and guidance to team members as needed


Required Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with completed Articleship, MBA is a plus

- 5-7 years strong background in the digital media industry

- Extensive experience in end-to-end revenue lifecycle management, including Quote-to-Cash processes

- Proficient in handling contracts, invoicing, collections, payment terms, and tax compliance (TDS/GST)

- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail

- Proficiency in Tally software

- Expertise in managing ROs (Release Orders), invoicing, collections, and payment terms

- Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes

- Ability to generate and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports

- Knowledge of e-Invoicing, TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), and GST (Goods and Services Tax) work culture
