Designation: Assistant HR Manager
Full-Time role based in Bangalore, Karnataka.
We are looking for a passionate HR to join our team. A smart individual who aspires to build and contribute to a robust organization. Multi-tasking, driving decisions in a dynamic environment, solving complex business problems to help expand and scale the team, taking full ownership to drive talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and handling end-to-end HR Ops are the key aspects of this role. This is an opportunity to combine your strategic thinking, resourcefulness as well as growth hacking and expansion solutions.
We are looking for a smart, empathetic and energetic HR professional to manage end-to-end responsibilities in HR & Admin.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process
- Oversee E2E employee lifecycle management
- Handle HR operations and policies
- Drive employee engagement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts
- Implement performance management systems
- Lead learning and development programs
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- 4-7 years of core work experience in recruitment and HR function.
- Energetic and self-motivated with ability to work independently and within a team.
- Stellar communication skills.
- Accustomed to working in a fast-paced startup environment.
