AS OUR NEW SOFTWARE ENGINEERING MANAGER, YOU’LL BE:

YOU’LL BE SET UP FOR SUCCESS IF YOU HAVE:

 A previous position involving managing engineers.

 A strong ability to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and

different time zones.

 Excellent interpersonal and language skills to facilitate smooth

communication.

 A technical background with hands-on experience as a software engineer.

 Strong skills in prioritization and project management as well as an

understanding of business impact for various solutions.
