Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager (Interior) to join our team at YoHo Designs Pvt Ltd, a startup company in Bengaluru. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue by selling our extensive range of interior designs. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in sales.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the interior design industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong network of contacts in the industry
  • Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable design solutions
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Knowledge of interior design trends, products, and technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure, including identifying potential customers, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers to understand their needs and promote our design solutions
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market reach
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative design proposals that meet customer requirements
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and optimize sales performance
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to present to senior management
  • Stay informed about the latest interior design trends, products, and technologies
