Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager (Interior) to join our team at YoHo Designs Pvt Ltd, a startup company in Bengaluru. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue by selling our extensive range of interior designs. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the interior design industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong network of contacts in the industry
- Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable design solutions
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Knowledge of interior design trends, products, and technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure, including identifying potential customers, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers to understand their needs and promote our design solutions
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market reach
- Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative design proposals that meet customer requirements
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients
- Track and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and optimize sales performance
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to present to senior management
- Stay informed about the latest interior design trends, products, and technologies
