Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Project Manager (Interior) to join our team at YoHo Designs Pvt Ltd. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing interior design projects from conception to completion. Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in the interior design industry.
• Degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field.
• Strong knowledge of interior design concepts, materials, and finishes.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and manage interior design projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, and develop design proposals accordingly.
• Collaborate with the design team to create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of project execution, including site visits, material procurement, and contractor management.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues or challenges that arise.
• Ensure that projects are executed in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement effective risk management strategies.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.
