Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team at YoHo Designs Pvt Ltd. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various interior design projects from inception to completion. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and is suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office
• Knowledge of the interior design industry and materials
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire team members

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee interior design projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Coordinate with clients and understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and assessments to develop accurate project plans
• Collaborate with designers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
• Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns promptly
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards throughout the project
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the project team
• Identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions
• Maintain excellent client relationships through effective communication and customer service
