Job Overview


We are looking for an Office Boy to join our team at YoHo Designs Pvt Ltd. As an Office Boy, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office premises. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and is suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office suite.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks if required.
  • Pleasant and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Keep the office premises clean and tidy, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
  • Ensure all areas, including meeting rooms, kitchen, and washrooms, are always well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Assist in setting up and arranging office equipment and furniture as required.
  • Collect and distribute mail, packages, and other documents within the office.
  • Run errands and perform general office support tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Assist in managing office waste disposal and recycling processes.
  • Monitor and report any repairs or maintenance required within the office premises.
  • Maintain inventory and stock levels of office supplies.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Provide support during meetings and events, including setting up the required equipment and assisting with refreshments.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
