Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Designer Sales Specialist to join our team at YoHo Designs Pvt Ltd. As a Designer Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our interior design services to clients. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior design industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Passionate about interior design and knowledgeable about design trends
• Ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable design solutions
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using design software and tools
• Degree in Interior Design or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Promote and sell our interior design services to potential clients
• Understand client requirements and provide design solutions that meet their needs and preferences
• Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and creative design concepts
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and provide recommendations to clients
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the design process
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, including cost estimates
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of design projects
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
