Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Designer Sales Specialist to join our team at YoHo Designs Pvt Ltd. As a Designer Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales support and outstanding customer service to our clients. You will collaborate with our team of interior designers to assist customers in selecting the perfect designs for their homes. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior design industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Knowledge of interior design concepts and trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as per customer requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the best interior designs and products based on their preferences and requirements.
- Provide exceptional sales support and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with our team of interior designers to offer customized design solutions to customers.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and product offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Generate leads and actively pursue sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and meeting KPIs.
- Maintain accurate customer data and sales records.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
