The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player will handle all the resources and coordination from a technical standpoint. You must set and achieve objectives, ensure both top quality and control of the project, handle client and vendor interaction, and act as the subject expert.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Familiar with Scrum methodologies

• Coordination within and across Product teams.
• Act as an Agile Coach for Scrum Teams.
• Plan for Capacity and Sprint Loading.
• Manage multiple projects in agile environment, define and share delivery plans, and ensures all releases on time.
• Lead the team, set expectations, resolve conflicts, encourage collaboration and continuous learning environment, mentor/coach on their career progression etc.
• Helps employees and stakeholders understand and work in complex environments
• Removes barriers between stakeholders and teams.
