Job description:-Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Screen candidate's resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Hiring front end operators through various channels like referrals, Quikr and Indeed.
• On-board new employees and HR induction in order to become fully integrated.
• Handling HR Generalist activities
• Employee Engagement and grievance handling
• Looking after employee relations and performance Management.
• Attendance Management of Store Operators
• HR counselling for non-performers in the store.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Graduated from a reputed University
• 2-3 Years of Experience in end to end recruitments
• Experience in HR Operations
• Should be well versed in using various job posting sites and recruitment portals.
• Strong organizational, analytical, self-management and goal setting skills.
• Must be good in English, Hindi and any of the regional languages
• Good communicational and coordination skills
• Immediate Joiners or Candidates with Notice Max of 15 Days preferred.
