What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and company leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy
• Grow a link building organization skilled in content research, development, outreach, and earning high quality links.
• Manage overall link building team, including team leads and specialists among your direct reports
• Conduct hands-on content development and link building while building and leading a team
• Oversee marketing content creation, platform management, and performance metrics
• Stay ahead of trends in content marketing, innovating regularly to leverage link building tactics before they become stale or ineffective
• Identify interesting topics, perform competitor analysis, monitor trends, and analyze audience interests
• Delve into data and insights to find unique perspectives and angles for campaign
• Measure effectiveness of campaigns and teams and strive for continuous improvements in metrics and performance

What You'll Bring To The Role:

• Minimum 5+ years leading link building or content marketing operations
• 3+ years managing team members
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience creating content for link building and marketing channel utilization
• Knowledge in SEO and end-to-end link building
• Strong collaboration, leadership, and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills
