Position Overview:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executives to play a pivotal role in our company's growth. They should be adept at establishing new client relationships and nurturing existing ones, all while demonstrating exceptional negotiation skills.
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels such as online platforms, E-mail marketing, Social media, and Networking events, Database.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and industry events.
- Initiate contact with prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify leads to determine their potential and readiness for engagement.
●Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
●Sales and Negotiation:
- Develop and deliver sales proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
●Travel:
- Travel to meet clients if required, attend industry events, and represent the company at conferences and trade shows.
- Coordinate travel plans and manage schedules efficiently.
●Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of solutions.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market trends.
●Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.
●E-mail Campaigns:
- Identify and target potential clients through email campaigns.
- Follow up with leads generated from email campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
