Job Summary:
The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for managing and driving sales through a network of partners, agents, or intermediaries
within the Banking and NBFC sectors. This role includes building strong relationships with partners, ensuring effective sales execution,
developing channel strategies, and meeting revenue targets. Looking for immediate joiners and willing to travel candidates are preferable.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Banking and NBFC sectors.
Onboard new partners and provide training and resources to improve their sales capabilities.
Identify new markets and opportunities for product expansion within the Banking and NBFC space.
Set sales targets and manage channel performance to meet organizational objectives.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ensure all channel partners comply with regulatory requirements in the Banking and NBFC sectors.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and ensure timely reporting to senior management.
Familiarity with channel sales strategies, revenue forecasting, and performance optimization.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work with multiple partners and manage complex relationships.
