Requirement:

BE/BTech Computer Science or BE with a great understanding of IT Services Business (not mandate).

MBA in Sales and Marketing will be considered an advantage.


Skills and Responsibilities:

  1. Experience in selling IT Services for End to End project delivery for the North American customers from India.
  2. Knowledge in selling Data Analytics and AI/ML or DevOps and Cloud is desirable but not compulsory.
  3. Work on all phases of the end-to-end sales cycle including client presentations, discussions, negotiations and deal closure with clients.
  4. Prior understanding of market & relationship with decision-making teams..
  5. Generating business from potential new customers and establishing strategic partnerships & alliances, achieving profitability and increased sales growth..
  6. Demonstrate leadership skills by hiring, building and leading the team
  7. Create the business proposal, presentations.
  8. Desire to meet clients frequently and have good communication..
  9. He/she will also be required to review and provide key inputs in finalizing the SoW.
  10. Go the extra mile to make it a great experience for the client, make resolving all issues the same day a habit and work with the get-things-done attitude.
