6. Good ability and savvy with computers.

7. Technically sound in engineering.

8. Highly organized and exact in nature, a person who writes things down keeps a pending to do list etc.

9. Ability to Motivate a Team/ good leadership

10. Should have done presentations alone in the past to a team of engineers. 11. Self-motivated to increase business.
