Qualification: B.Sc./GNM Course

Experience: 2-5 Years

Job Description:

1. To conduct patient home visits and assessments as designated

2. To coordinate with the team with respect to staffing

3. Recruiting and assessing nursing staff as per the requirements

4. To deliver high quality nursing care consultation to all patients at all times 5. To behave at all times in a professional manner that upholds the reputation of Vesta

6. To maintain professional standards of competence in line with current best nursing practices

7. To ensure that the care required for each patient is met in accordance with the care plan

8. To ensure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with company documented clinical policies and procedures

9. To ensure that all relevant information relating to a patient’s care or treatment is recorded accurately and at the time the care was delivered

10. To communicate with the Reporting Manager in a timely and professional manner
