1. Educational Qualifications

• A minimum of a degree ( MSc/BSc) in biotechnology, microbiology, Agriculture, Horticulture, Botony or a related field.

• Specialized course or certifications in tissue culture techniques or in Plant Nursery would be an advantage.

2. Technical Skills

Required Training will be given at the facility to perform their duties effectively and efficiently as per the specific requirements.

3. Work Experience

• Freshers with or without work experience. Training will be given at the facility to achieve desired work outcomes from them. Internships or academic projects in tissue culture/horticulture/Plant nurseries can also be considered for entry-level candidates.

4. Personal Attributes
