I.         Quality Management System (QMS):

·       Develop, implement, and maintain an effective QMS in compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards. 

·       Ensure adherence to quality policies, procedures, and guidelines across the manufacturing process. 

                      II.         Quality Assurance & Control:

·       Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards. 

·       Monitor production processes to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner. 

·       Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality-related problems. 

                     III.         Team Leadership:

·       Lead, mentor, and develop a team of quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians. 

·       Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization. 

                    IV.         Compliance & Standards:

·       Ensure compliance with national and international quality standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications. 

·       Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in quality management practices. 

                      V.         Supplier Quality Management:

·       Collaborate with the procurement team to evaluate and monitor the quality of raw materials and components supplied by vendors. 

·       Conduct supplier audits and drive improvements in supplier quality performance. 

                    VI.         Customer Focus:

·       Address customer complaints and feedback related to product quality. 

·       Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction. 

                  VII.         Continuous Improvement:

·       Drive initiatives to improve product quality, reduce defects, and enhance operational efficiency. 

·       Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes. 

                 VIII.         Documentation & Reporting:

·       Maintain accurate records of quality tests, inspections, and audits. 

·       Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
