Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for building organizational capacity and capabilities for the Cylinder & Accumulator Engineering function through recruitment, retention, and training.
• Bridge the gap between cylinder design automation inputs and outputs where applicable, and review and release GA drawings and Cost BOM to the Techno-Commercial Offer team.
• Release manufacturing and assembly drawings for development and manufacturing purposes.
• Establish and drive Engineering Change Management for improvements in quality and cost.
• Maintain Order Process Tracking from enquiry to cylinder delivery through a Digital Status Monitoring System.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, maintaining all ISO records with zero NCR during audits.
