Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and engaging with top-tier candidates (Mandatory skill).
• Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems to manage and streamline the recruitment process (Mandatory skill).
• Strong candidate sourcing skills to identify and attract potential hires efficiently (Mandatory skill).
• Effective behavioral interviewing techniques to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
• Experience with HRIS Software to manage candidate data and improve recruitment workflow efficiency.
• Ability to implement data-driven recruitment strategies for optimizing hiring decisions and outcomes.
• Expertise in leveraging social media recruitment to access a wider talent pool.
• Skillful application of Boolean search techniques to extract relevant candidate information.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet the staffing needs of clients across diverse industries.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other tools to source, evaluate, and engage potential candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews to assess qualifications and compatibility with company culture.

• Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from posting job ads to onboarding selected candidates.
