Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and engaging with top-tier candidates (Mandatory skill).
- Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems to manage and streamline the recruitment process (Mandatory skill).
- Strong candidate sourcing skills to identify and attract potential hires efficiently (Mandatory skill).
- Effective behavioral interviewing techniques to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Experience with HRIS Software to manage candidate data and improve recruitment workflow efficiency.
- Ability to implement data-driven recruitment strategies for optimizing hiring decisions and outcomes.
- Expertise in leveraging social media recruitment to access a wider talent pool.
- Skillful application of Boolean search techniques to extract relevant candidate information.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet the staffing needs of clients across diverse industries.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other tools to source, evaluate, and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews to assess qualifications and compatibility with company culture.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and refine recruitment strategies.
- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from posting job ads to onboarding selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment databases and generate reports to facilitate data-driven hiring decisions.
