1.    Responsible to build Organization Capacity & Capabilities for Cylinder & Accumulator Engineering Function through recruitment & retention, trainings.  

2.    Responsible to bridging the gap between cylinder design automation inputs and outputs wherever applicable and review & release GA drawing and Cost BOM to Techno-Commercial Offer team

3.    Responsible to release manufacturing and assembly drawings for development and manufacturing.

4.    Establish and drive Engineering Change Management for improvement on Quality and cost

5.    Maintain Order Process Tracking from Enquiry to Cylinder delivery through Digital Status Monitoring System

6.    Implement compliance with all company policies and procedures  and main all ISO records with zero NCR on audits

·      Minimum Engineering Graduation with 4 to 5  years’ experience with Hydraulic Cylinder design and development

·      Hydraulic Cylinder Design and Application Knowledge

·      Conversant in 3D modelling and 2D Mfg Drawing preparation using SolidWorks, Design release through SAP

·      Hydraulic Cylinder DFMEA, PFMEA, 8D

·      Hydraulic Cylinder GD&T, Material Selection, Seal Selection, manufacturing process knowledge

·      Must be able to maintain and improve Design Automation Procedures

·      Good in Team Work and Getting Work Done with or without authority

·      Maintain  ISO records and ensure zero NCR of ISO Audits (Internal & External)
