Product Support Engineer - PSE:-
KRA’s for a Product Support Engineer:-
1. Complaint Management - Allocation, maintaining data and managing TAT.
2. Root cause analysis in case of major/critical breakdowns.
3. Assisting & advising mechanics in service complaints resolution in the field.
4. Regular field visits to identify and resolve product related issues & sharing the field failure analysis report to head office.
5. Act as a liaison between mechanics and R & D team and enable faster and more reliable communication and feedback.
6. Ensuring the PM services are done timely in field & taking proactive measures/ actions to ensure to increase the uptime of vehicles.
7. Execute and implement engineering changes, if any, as recommended by the R & D team on vehicles on field.
8. Train and skill up mechanics on Product from time to time.
9. Ensuring the optimum productivity of mechanics.
