Service Master/Advisor
1. Allocate mechanics for the defects/repair (workshop / On-route)
2. Complaint Management - maintaining complaint register/data and managing TAT
3. Job card Filling and validation
4. Mechanics Roaster, Attendance, OT and Conveyance Calculation
5. Maintaining the PMS schedule and getting them done
6. Coordinating with the Mechanic & assign the vehicles for PMS
7. Auditing the tools and equipment at parkings
8. Regular Coordination with the mechanics to improve their productivity
9. Ensuring optimal performance of the vehicles
10. Communicate and arrange the required Spare Parts, Oil & grease for the PMS
11. Raising the product issues with detailed reports, observed during the PM, Breakdown & Schedule maintenance
