We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Recruiter to join our team at Yashika Facility - India. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various roles within the company. This is a full-time position based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, and we are looking for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
• Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to screen and assess candidates effectively

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify staffing needs and collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements for each position
• Source potential candidates through various channels including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including candidate selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate and up-to-date candidate information
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process
