• To address queries of Customers over voice call effectively
• To guide the customer on various products/ terms and conditions as per customer requirements
• To timely escalate customer issues with respective Key Account Manager
• To manage customer call effectively ensuring customer delight/ satisfaction
• To register in Customer bookings
