Provides Expert Support And Input To Bid Management Issues.
Relevant Hands-On Experience In Bidding Portals Like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Etc.
Establish A Detailed Schedule For Proposal Submission, Regularly Check The Progress Of Planned Activities And Deliverables And Ensure All Proposal Team Members Meet Interim And Final Deadlines.
Work Closely With All Other Functional Departments (Contract Management, Pricing Management, HR, Marketing) To Assure An Integrated Approach To Proposals.
Support Functional Teams Comprised Of Sales, IT Development/Delivery, Product, Legal And Finance To Manage End-To-End Bid Management Process From Pre-Sales, Initial Sales Opportunity Qualification Through To Formal RFP/RFI/Proposal Submission Including Bid Team Construction, Roles And Responsibilities, Deliverables Timeline And Approval Processes For Small, Medium And Large Deals.
Manage The Creation Of The Bid Deliverables And Ensure Review And Governance, Leading To A High-Quality Proposal
