Responsibilities:

 As a Product Trainer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating product training and interactive workshops to enhance the learning and development of Y-Axis employees. Your responsibilities include:

• Facilitating Training and Coaching: Conduct product training sessions and interactive workshops to support the learning

 and career growth of Y-Axis employees. You will receive training and certification from Y-Axis master trainers to

 effectively run these sessions.

• Training and Business Development: Assist in outreach programs and learning and talent development initiatives aimed

 at scaling transformational interventions across different departments within the organization.

• Hands-on Product Training: Provide on-call support and mentorship to new hires, ensuring they have a strong

 understanding of the product and processes.

• Documentation and Change Management: Maintain product and process documentation, including any updates or

  changes. Train teams on these changes to ensure everyone is up to date.

• Curriculum Development: Develop training curricula and design courses aligned with organizational needs and goals.

• Needs Assessment and Training Implementation: Conduct needs assessments to identify performance gaps and

  implement training best practices that align with company objectives. Collaborate with internal business partners to

  create industry-specific course content.

• Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: Evaluate the success of training programs by assessing learning objectives

 and knowledge transfer. Continuously improve training solutions and identify future learning needs.

• Learning Experience Management: Manage the learning experience to align with company philosophy and strategies.

• Additional Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.


Basic Requirements for the Trainer Position:

1. Location: Hyderabad

2. Full-time employment

3. Strong communication skills

4. Preferred experience in training related to product sales, process improvement, employee

development, or quality coaching.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and

 experience. Training and Development certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with learning management systems is a plus.
