Responsibilities:

As a Product Trainer, you will play a vital role in onboarding and developing our employees. Your responsibilities will include:

• Mentoring new employees based on the Bootcamp curriculum to prepare them for the sales floor.

• Providing training and support on system navigation and platforms during the Bootcamp training phase.

• Participating in live calls with clients, discussing reports, and closing sales while trainees undergo Academy training.

• Recording and providing constructive feedback to trainees and their managers.

• Maintaining records of attendance, behavior, and learning skills of trainees.

• Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and best sales practices.

• Contributing to the preparation of training content, if required.

• Collaborating with managers to identify training needs.

Basic Requirements for the Trainer Position:

4. Preferred experience in training related to product sales, process improvement, employee development, or quality coaching.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to assess adult learning and development needs.

• Proficient in standard and creative writing skills.

• Active listening and critical thinking skills.

• Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Training and Development certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with learning management systems is a plus.
