Job Description: Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate company products, gather requirements, and develop strategies to meet current and future needs.
• Document product requirements comprehensively and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
• Provide assistance with product reviews, ratings, and performance evaluations.
• Supervise and manage small to medium-scale projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and timelines.
• Analyze metrics and data to continuously improve company products and make data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product analysis, presentation, and user experience.
• Ensure program management decisions align with product data, business objectives, and market trends.
• Act as an escalation point for incident handling, problem management, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain a deep understanding of complex system stacks, technical issues, and business processes.
• Assist in developing functional requirements, drafting specifications, and improving system quality and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Mathematics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Previous experience (2-5 years) in product analysis, business analytics, or related roles.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable goals and strategies.
• Excellent writing skills for preparing detailed reports, documentation, and specifications.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills to propose innovative ideas.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Logical and data-driven thinking with adaptability to change and evolving business requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements, Operational Risk Framework, and industry standards.

Tools:

• Salesforce: Experience with Salesforce for CRM analysis and management.
• Jira & Atlassian Suite: Proficiency in Jira and familiarity with other Atlassian tools for project management and collaboration.
• Microsoft Suite: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
• Prototyping Tools: Experience with prototyping tools such as Balsamiq, Figma, or similar for creating mock-ups and wireframes.
• Generic Tools: Proficient in using generic tools like Google Suite, project management tools, and other software relevant to business analysis.
