This is a full-time position suitable for individuals with 1 to 3 years of work experience in recruitment and human resources.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of human resources practices and talent acquisition strategies.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, and other platforms.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
  • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled.
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Ensure all recruitment and hiring processes are carried out in compliance with company policies and standards.
