- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of human resources practices and talent acquisition strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, and other platforms.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled.
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Ensure all recruitment and hiring processes are carried out in compliance with company policies and standards.
