Job Overview
Xtrim Global Solutions is seeking a Junior International Sales Executive for our Indore office. This is a full-time position that requires 1-3 years of experience. The role focuses on generating leads and converting them into successful sales opportunities. The candidate is expected to engage in cold calling and manage customer relationships while working in a culturally diverse environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or relevant fields, with proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a competitive sales environment.
- Proficiency in english language to communicate with UK Customers. (Mandatory skill)
- Expertise in cold calling techniques to engage prospective clients and initiate sales conversations. (Mandatory skill)
- Proven track record in lead generation within international markets, demonstrating skill in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. (Mandatory skill)
- Strong negotiation skills, with an ability to articulate value propositions and close sales effectively.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with a global clientele.
- Experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to the dynamics of international markets.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management systems to maintain and optimize customer interactions and data.
- Tele sales expertise, with the ability to act quickly to customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless service experience.
