Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team at Xtrim Global Solutions Pvt Ltd. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and exposure in various aspects of HR management. This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, with an initial term of less than 1 year. We are looking for a fresher who is eager to learn and grow in the field of HR.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Mandate BBA/MBA in HR
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
• Assist in new employee onboarding and orientation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Update and distribute company policies and procedures
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
• Support HR team in various HR projects and initiatives
• Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends
• Assist in HR administrative tasks as required
