Job Overview
Xtrim Global Solutions is looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Indore. This is a full-time, junior-level position ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and fostering strong relationships with our clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, with at least 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively with prospective clients.
- Excellent market research capabilities to identify potential business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Strong relationship-building skills to develop long-term partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey ideas clearly and confidently.
- Experience with cold calling and lead generation to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and motivated approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other tools to manage and analyze sales activities and client interactions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and solutions are delivered effectively.
