Job Overview
Xtrim Global Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Indore. As a Junior-level position, the ideal candidate should have 0 to 5 years of relevant work experience. This is a full-time role primarily focused on cold calling, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales to meet company objectives.

Qualifications and Skills
- Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets (Mandatory skill)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Mandatory skill)
- Proven ability and experience in lead generation (Mandatory skill)
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively
- In-depth market research abilities to identify potential clients and understand market trends
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strategic planning skills to develop growth strategies and implement them effectively
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) software for efficient sales tracking and client management
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and gather competitive intelligence
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients to showcase the value of Xtrim Global Solutions' services
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients and address any concerns or queries they may have
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system
Job Specifications
- 5 days working with fixed sat sun as week off.
- 1.30pm-11.00pm shift timings
- No rotational shifts
