Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling end to end recruitment process. MUST have prior experience in non-IT Recruitment. Preferred industries are Events, Exhibitions & Recruitment firms.
• Have extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.
• Individual Contributor role, would be working majorly on key role in Mid to Leadership hiring for different departments of the organization.
• Conduct thorough and effective candidate assessments, including interviews, to evaluate qualifications, skills and cultural fit.
• Sourcing the relevant profiles through job portals, LinkedIn & References etc
• Doing regular sourcing, per-screening, head hunting, conducting telephonic/personal interviews and salary negotiation
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through on boarding, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Need to follow up with the candidates till joining.
• Sharing Daily/Weekly/Monthly report on recruitment with the management

Desired Candidate Profile

·         Experience: 6 - 8 years in talent acquisition (Non IT)

·         Must have good English communication skills

·         Must be Proficient on resume search through Job portals and using various sources.

·         Experience in hiring candidate via social media, referrals, headhunting, mapping.

·         Should possess strong follow-up skills.

Shift Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM OR 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Work from Office)

Working Days: Monday to Friday
