Position Overview:

The Conceptualizer plays a pivotal role in our organization, contributing to the ideation and conceptualization of exhibition booth designs that are both visually stunning and strategically aligned with client objectives. This role involves understanding client needs, leading design pitches, developing creative concepts, and collaborating with the internal design team to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Conceptualization:

• Generate innovative and visually compelling concepts for exhibition booth designs.
• Ensure that creative solutions align with client expectations, brand guidelines, and budget constraints.

Client Collaboration:

• Take a lead role in client pitches, intuitively understanding client needs, and effectively communicating design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with clients to gather feedback and refine designs to meet their evolving requirements.

Visual Presentation:

• Develop mood boards, spatial designs, and visual representations to effectively present and communicate design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Create storyboards for the internal design team, providing clear guidance and vision for the execution of ideas.

Innovation and Efficiency:

• Identify innovative, time-efficient, and cost-effective design solutions to address client briefs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design methodologies to enhance the creative output of the team.

Practical Feasibility of the Design

• Co-ordinating with the internal team of technical designers(Architects) to check the feasibility of the design.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Proven experience in conceptualizing and designing exhibition booths or similar spatial experiences.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative concepts and executed designs.
3. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver outstanding results.
5. Proficiency in design tools such as 3ds Max, Lumion, Revit or Sketchup
6. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and practical solutions.
7. A keen eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for delivering exceptional design.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in exhibition booth design or a similar creative role.
