Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced General Manager for Corporate Leasing to join our senior leadership team. This full-time role is based in New Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in commercial real estate with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. The General Manager will play a vital role in driving leasing strategies and strengthening corporate partnerships.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Real Estate Market Knowledge (Mandatory skill): Extensive understanding of the commercial real estate market of Delhi NCR & their dynamics and trends.
  • Corporate Real Estate (Mandatory skill): Proficient in handling corporate real estate requirements, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Mandatory skill): Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively convey information and negotiate deals.
  • Ability to handle the complete transaction right from scratch to completion and signing of agreements which includes sending proposals to client, site visits, negotiations, and closure.
  • Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate complex leasing agreements and terms with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Client Relationship Management: Skilled in building and maintaining strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Team Leadership: Experienced in leading and managing teams, providing guidance and support to achieve organizational goals.
  • Market Research: Ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform leasing strategies and decisions.
  • Strategic Planning: Competent in developing and executing strategic plans to enhance leasing operations and growth.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue.
  • Negotiate significant leasing agreements with prospective tenants and corporate clients.
  • Lead and mentor a team of leasing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Oversee the end-to-end leasing process, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align leasing activities with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and present leasing reports and forecasts to senior management for strategic planning.
