Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned General Manager of Business Development to join our team, focusing on the Gurgaon, Delhi, and Noida areas. This full-time senior position requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will be adept at business development and lead generation, with a strong emphasis on building lasting client relationships.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven track record in business development, lead generation, and client relations (Mandatory skill).
- Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate teams towards achieving business goals.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate strategies and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Robust organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in account management to maintain and enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools to streamline operations and improve client interactions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to drive business objectives forward.
- Commercial Real estate experience is must required.
