Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned General Manager of Business Development to join our team, focusing on the Gurgaon, Delhi, and Noida areas. This full-time senior position requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will be adept at business development and lead generation, with a strong emphasis on building lasting client relationships.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record in business development, lead generation, and client relations (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate teams towards achieving business goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate strategies and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Robust organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in account management to maintain and enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools to streamline operations and improve client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to drive business objectives forward.
  • Commercial Real estate experience is must required.

  • Strong lead generation skills and ability to meet new people and generate meetings with client.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and increase market share in the commercial real estate sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking with potential clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and maintain competitive edge.
  • Mentor and direct the business development team, providing guidance and support to meet and exceed objectives.
  • Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and reports to clients and senior management for informed decision-making.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of business development practices and implement improvements for optimized results.
