Overall, 2 to 4 years (Only 81 band) of experience in Technical Support International Voice process. Should have good Written and Verbal skills.p Fair understanding of ITIL Framework basics (Incident, Service Request, Ticket priorities.) Basic understanding of Computer basics, Hardware, and Network. Should have hands on (working knowledge) with Tools or Applications: ServiceNow, Active Directory, VPN (CISCO AnyConnect), 0365, VDIs. Company portal/Intune and VDI infrastructure. Should be flexible for 24/7 support and Rotational shifts/ weekend working. Work mode: Work from home for now (Candidates should have a stable broadband internet connection and power back up). We may switch to Work from Office in future, but no definite timelines. WFO locations: Hyderabad (Gopannapally).
