10-15 years experience in managing the service team of a reputed power electronics company (UPS, Invertor, Water heater, Batteries, Solar Products, Power guards, Power tools etc)

Role: To manage the service team of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala

Job Responsibilities

State heads will report to AGM

Reporting station will be Bangalore RO

State wise presence is required.

Regular visits of major customers are required.

Responsible to achieve and maintain the customer satisfaction of PE segment

Age wise calls has to analyzed and pending calls has to be limited as per company objectives

Solutions has to arrive for technical as well as customer complaints of products

Planning of manpower and allocations based on productivity.

Responsible for revenue generation from service dept

Control on spares consumption.

Inter department communication for smooth functioning of service activities
