Skills
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, concurrency and Object-Oriented design
- Expertise in Core Java
- Experience in designing features/components using J2EE technologies such as Spring, Spring-boot and Hibernate frameworks
- Experience in REST API design and development
- Experience in designing and developing microservices for large scale deployments
- Good knowledge of resiliency and scalability design principles
- Experience in version control tools like GIT and CI-CD pipeline
- Experience in leading a small team of 3-5 developers, providing them technical guidance, conducting design and code reviews, etc
- Good knowledge of Relational Databases and DB design concepts– MySQL (preferred)
- Good knowledge of NoSQL technologies such as Solr, Cassandra (preferred)
- Good knowledge of Unix/Linux
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong work ethics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in working in Agile/Scrum development environment
