Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Executive with 2-3 years of experience in supporting ERP software. The ideal candidate will work a night shift and must have a 30-day notice period or be an immediate joiner.
Responsibilities:
● Provide technical support to customers via tickets, email, and Zoom meetings.
● Troubleshoot and resolve software related issues in a timely manner
● Log and track customer issues in a ticketing system
● Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on open issues and keeping customers informed of progress
● Collaborate with development and QA teams to resolve customer issues ● Continuously improve knowledge of the ERP software and stay current with industry developments Requirements:
● 2-3 years of experience in technical support for ERP software
● Strong problem-solving skills
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
● Ability to work in a night shift
