To handle & support customer complaint remotely
To visit site for rectification / resolution, if requires
To visit site for preventive maintenance of PLC & SCADA System
Maintaining customer complaint log, documentation
Technical Skills: PLC & SCADA
Should have exposure to PLC & SCADA (especially Schneider PLC & SCADA), IT & Networking component.
Should have exposure to communication protocol, Modbus Serial, Modbus TCP/IP etc. SCADA Configuration, Modification, Testing
PLC Programming, Development
Troubleshooting
Exposure to Solar vertical is preferable
