Role Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced engineer to design and cost CCTV, Fire Alarm & Detection, and Public

Address (PA) systems for various projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing systems that

meet client requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and estimating project

costs accurately.

 System Design: Designing CCTV, Fire Alarm & Detection, and PA systems based on project specifications

and client requirements.

 Compliance: Ensuring that system designs comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and

regulations.

 Cost Estimation: Providing accurate cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labor required for

system installation.

 Technical Documentation: Creating detailed technical drawings, schematics, and documentation for

system designs.

 Vendor Management: Selecting and liaising with vendors and suppliers to procure equipment and

materials required for system implementation.

 Testing and Commissioning: Overseeing system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting to ensure

proper functionality and performance.

 Client Interaction: Collaborating with clients to understand their needs, presenting design proposals,

and addressing any concerns or questions.

 Project Management: Managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines, and ensuring

projects are completed within budget.

 9. Continuous Learning: Staying updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best

practices related to CCTV, Fire Alarm & Detection, and PA systems.

Skill set:

 Proven experience in designing CCTV, Fire Alarm & Detection, and PA systems for commercial, industrial, or

residential projects.

 Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., NFPA, NEC, IEC).

 Proficiency in CAD software for creating technical drawings and schematics.

 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Project management experience is a plus.

 Relevant certifications (e.g., NICET, CPP, PSP) are desirable.
