Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Purchase Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and auditing our internal processes, including Financial Management Systems (FMS), call records, and material flow at the back end. Your role will be critical in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of these processes, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and manage Financial Management Systems (FMS) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Review and analyse call records and material flow for process improvements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal processes, identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all processes audited.
  • Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and provide actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in auditing, accounting, or internal process management.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Financial Management Systems (FMS) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.

Salary Payable

2.40 Lac - 3.00 Lac CTC


Work Timings:

9:00 am to 5:30 pm (Monday to Saturday)
